Ebay Affiliates Worry As Ebay Drops Commission Junction

If you are an eBay affiliate you will know only too well the uncertainty you have each morning when you click on your Commission Junction account and request the previous days stats in order to find out if and where you made money.

As a Build A niche Store user I have around 10 eBay affiliate stores, which bring income from products ranging from Health through to Mopeds and Night Vision Scopes and have to admit I have never been able to get my head around CJ’s reports.

There are thousands of fellow eBay afiliates who will be nodding thier heads in agreement that there is a fundemental problem here, however it also fills me with anxiety to know that eBay can drop a partner the size of Commision Junction so easily.

Will there be a day when they will have a change of policy about the way affiliates market ebay and change the rules, which, at the moment are the foundation of a huge amount of affiliate income.

Ebay’s affiliate terms and conditions allow them to do as they please so there would be no recourse.

In the meantime I would advise all affiliates to make sure their portfolio is spread across a range of products and companies whic will obviously limit risk.
